Industrial Engineer

Develop and execute factory capacity analysis.

Manage Lay out, Update changes, optimization proposals, control and manage lay out revisions

Perform time analysis on all processes.

Production and flow optimization.

Time study analysis on workstations.

Line balancing as well as production optimization.

Lead lay out process flow improvements.

Update product route times in AX.

Champion for 6S’s methodology follow up.

Drive and mentoring for Kaizen and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Colaboation with quotations group, provide estimated standard times for RFQ.

Manage and execute projects initiative such as expansion, building and refurbishing facilities.

Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering degree that allows performing the position

Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking

Fluent in English.

Experience in electronic industries desirable.

Strong knowledge in Excell and Microsoft office tools.

Strong knowledge on CAD sw or similar platform

Simulations tools (Flexim) desirable
